BOSS staff receive training in tax and regulatory issues and receive weekly Tax News updates from CCH. They also have access online to the full CCH tax library which includes the Master Tax Guide as well as having access to the ATO web site. The Manager is an Australian Registered Tax Agent, a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and has a practice certificate. He has therefore passed the subjects in Australian Tax Law and Company Law.
